Tier 0 - Last Minute Glow UP
Little-to-no downtime
Non-ablative to lightly fractional ablative — targets surface radiance, tone, and texture. The 3Ds: Dramatic Results / Little Discomfort / Little Downtime.
Perfect before an event or as regular maintenance.
TIER 1 - Light
2–4 days mild redness
Light Fractional Ablative · Fine Lines & Surface Renewal
Fractional ablative skin resurfacing addressing fine lines, mild texture, and early sun damage. Clear and Clear+ can be dialed to your comfort and schedule.
TIER 2 - Medium
7–10 days · peeling & redness
Deep Fractional Ablative · Into the Dermis
Full fractional ablative resurfacing into the dermis for significant fine lines, moderate wrinkles, acne scarring, and photodamage. Compared to other lasers, UltraClear® offers faster healing with less risk and discomfort.
TIER 3 - Advanced
7–10+ days · most intensive
Tissue Coring · Deep Lines, Wrinkles & Dermal Remodeling
Laser-Coring™ — first-of-its-kind fractional tissue coring removes microscopic columns of tissue to trigger deep dermal collagen remodeling. Directional vector technique for deep lines, wrinkles, and progressive skin firmness. We combine this with other modes to resurface from the base of your skin to the most superficial layer.

Three Passes with LASER-CORING™: Our most advanced tier, incorporating Laser-Coring
mode to reach deeper into the skin for a pronounced tightening effect. This targets deep lines and wrinkles, fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation concerns, skin texture and scarring. This is the choice for the most dramatic results.

The Journey
We assess your skin type, anatomy, and goals to map the right tier, mode combination, and whether an AlpenGlo series is right for you. Neck treatments include a Nefertiti candidacy assessment.
Pre-treatment skincare guidance and sun avoidance. Topical numbing applied before your session. K-Tox placement mapped before treatment begins.
Sessions range 20–60 minutes. 3DMIRACL®: little-to-no downtime — return to your day. Clear/Clear+: 2–4 days mild redness. UltraClear® Deep and Laser-Coring™: plan 7–10 days of social recovery.
Personalized aftercare instructions provided. Skin reveals progressively smoother, firmer, more luminous results. Laser-Coring™ dermal remodeling continues to develop over 3–6 months.
